2013 Recipients of Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship

Wendell Bliss, Lesa Gambill, Dylan Hunziker and Karen Reynolds won a total of $11,500 to study abroad in the spring. They are among over 1,000 outstanding American undergraduate students from almost 400 colleges and universities across the U.S. selected to receive the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship to participate in a study abroad program during the spring 2013 academic term. These students are studying in Australia, Czech Republic, Malaysia and Morocco. Gilman Scholars receive up to $5,000 to apply towards their study abroad program costs, and a limited number of Critical Need Language Awards are given each year for a total award of $8,000.
