Traditional Ghanaian Cooking Event TODAY!
Roberta Turkson, originally from Ghana, is the owner of Mukaase restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee. She will introduce students to Ghanaian cuisine today at this week’s T.G.I.F (Think Globally, It’s
Friday!) event with a special Ghanaian meal, and she will discuss her
life in Ghana as well as her experiences as a business owner in America
from noon to 1 pm.
